can i wear black to a registry office wedding? and if so, which ones are best?

purely pie in the sky at the mo, but dh and i have a child-free wedding to attend in the autumn. Ive bought a fab 20's/flapper style burgandy and black hat in the debenhams sale (only a fiver - bargain!) and thought of teaming it with this this or this i am 5'2" and a size 8 with no hips but generous norkage and rubbish legs. I would team with burgandy shoes and bag.

i think so, but not sure if it would go. its a 20's style felt flapper hat, burgandy with black band.

I reckon the hat would go better with the style of LKB dress more than the original black ones you linked to
