A suit that fits/tailors?

Has anyone had a suit made by 'a suit that fits' or any other tailor/dressmaker (london-based)? I find it really hard to get trousers that suit me, but with the right cut they can look good. Am thinking of getting a girl tux made.

I'm in the process of having one made at the moment. Feedback so far is that whilst it is possible to have a nice looking suit made fairly economically (more costly than high street but significantly less than some of the bespoke options I found), it is taking quite a while. I started the process in early February and still do not have a finished product. Their tailors are not on-site, therefore the measurements are done by someone else and the suit is sent away, which I'm sure is why it takes so long. I don't know if they are unusually busy, or it always takes this long, but I feel I was not suitably (ha!) prepared for the length of time it would take. I think the suit will look very nice once it is (finally) complete.
