Is it me, or is the current NEXT ad on the telly just really bizarre
Pencil thin girl/women prancing around in bikinis in the desert and driving. They don't get near a pool till the dying frames and never get in the water.
Does NEXT really think this is a reflection of their customer base??
Who in the UK is gonna buy this stuff? (miami weather notwithstanding)

I have given up on next.I went in the other day and I couldn't see one thing I would wear.Even the jewellery was horrible!.The only thing I liked was a tan leather belt.My kids still like next tho' and it is still good for them.I have switched my allegiance to Matalan which is really good this year, if you are selective and can cope with the weird arrangement of clothes and the horrible stores.[Also brilliant jewellry this year and kids maxis].I saw loads of welldressed mums there the other day.The shoes are still pretty rubbishy and cheap looking though.

I had this conversation with a friend the other day.

10 years ago I used to buy a lot of stuff from them, especially workwear. I think the quality has really declined in the last few years and they quite often have garish prints.

Good for kids imo but not adults.

The sales, and those who camp out at 4am then rant on MSE about how everything was only marked down by 50%, are hilarious though.
