OO - Not my cup of tea!! And £95?! Is this as a substitute for another sprog?

compo · 02/08/2005 10:46

looks too much like a school satchel for me!! and expensive!

emmatmg · 02/08/2005 10:46

ooooooh, Love it too.

But I'm tight and would never pay that much for a bag.

oliveoil · 02/08/2005 10:49

It has lots of pockets for yer bits and bobs. Saw it in Debenhams yesterday, and blocked the aisle with my double buggy whist 'trying it on'.

Toothy - am still extremely broody. It would fit nappies and bottles in.

no no no, you can't use an expensive bag like that for nappies and bottles!!!

Toothache · 02/08/2005 10:50

You already have a double buggy.... so the bag would have to hold the baby too!

madmarchhare · 02/08/2005 10:50

Very nice, I did just get a JC bag in the sale from Debenhams, should have been £85 and got it for £20

oliveoil · 02/08/2005 12:50

Had another look. It's crap. The leather looked all cheap and nasty.

That's £95 saved then!

x

agree - the leather looks a bit orange

swedishmum · 04/08/2005 01:02

You HAVE to have a nice bag for nappies and bottles. Why have some vile plastic or fabric job that doesn't make you feel great? I have 4 children and am proud to say I have never bought a baby bag or nappy changing bag. Prada shoulder job from Italy with no 3 (still in use 8 years later for work and days out) and no 4 had a pink Hermes which is still my favourite summer bag. Much admired in New York. Must say I often take a Monsoon sale buy out with me. Who on earth decided new mums had had a style bypass and needed a vile navy fabric job?

£95 on a bag, what you thinking of?

hatstand · 04/08/2005 11:32

I agree with Swedish mum. Nappy bags are better these days but I can remember seeing grown women carrying round bags with pictures of pink elephants. (and not all that long ago) what was that all about? I mean, if the baby is going to carry it then may be. But it's not is it?

northerner · 04/08/2005 12:07

Ooh Olive I like it.

BTW I try handbags on too. Dh can't understand it.
