Glam dress needed for sleb-tastic charideee do

I'm going to a large charity event next week and need a dress. The event is really glam and the beauuooootiful set will be there (uma therman, liz hurley, yasmin le Bon etc).

I need a long dress and a lot of help feeling glam as I'm halfway through chemo so have no hair (got a wig tho) and no boobs due to mastectomy.

So I am looking for something long, with a not too plunging neckline (can't do strapless or spaghetti straps), ideally with sleeves to hide bingo wings and in autumal colours.

I'm 5'3" size 8 / 10.

Let's pretend no budget for starters.

Well I went out today and went to a boutique near me and bought a red bandage dress which is neither a designer number, nor is it long, but it felt very comfy and I figured I could also wear it for a wedding I've got coming up in July.

I'm a bit sad that I haven't bought a long dress - but I figured that they really can be so expensive and I'd rather wait until all my treatment is over and I've had reconstruction before I go and blow a small fortune on an uber frock. Then at least I won't have to compromise on design either and can have exactly what I want.

So, now to my other thread in an attempt to accessorize it!

I buy at lot of evening dresses as my husband is in the Military and have a lot of events to attend. Over the past few years, I have bought my dresses from a great little shop in Yorkshire. They send all over the world and have sent to me in Germany, Cyprus and well as different areas of the UK. The dresses are designed by them and only limited numbers produced.

I just don't look anywhere else now. In fact just got my daughters prom dress from them too.
