As a 32D/DD I also endorse M&S and La Senza for younger more stylish bras, which are inexpensive. In the last 5 years or so the range of bras in this size has increased enormously (enorkmously?).

It's probably worth buying her a decent quality supportive sports bra too.

To be honest there are very few non-wired bras of this size which are supportive.

Matalan is quite good for bras but you have to go at th right time. 32DD seems to be a size that runs out quickly as I always struggle. I was a 32DD at 13 and I still am. Never changed even in pregancy, although I agree about moisturising. Mine are covered in stretchmarks .

La Senza and M & S are also good but they are expensive. If you find anywhere better and cheaper please let me know!

Sounds like me at that age, and I'm now a 36ff. I hated bras until I found Freya, but they are very expensive, and perhaps therefore best left until she's stopped growing. I have a few from Curvy Kate, which are quite good, and Bra Stop website has big sizes at very reduced prices, and is well worth a look. Other than that I tend to go to independant lingerie shops and stock up when there's a sale on. If you're looking for cheap bras in the meantime then I have brought a set from Primark, which would probably be very teenager friendly-T-Shirt type material, and not tarty. Support is surprisingly good too.

If she really doesn't want to get measured then there is a good fitting guide on Bravissimo here

T K Maxx is worth a try for unusual sizes - small back, big cup and the other way round. Not so much choice for Mrs Average.

Get good quality bras - I find M&S etc lack in the structural engineering. Freya and Panache are good.

I totally agree about moisturising - I wish someone had told me and my 32Fs are stretchmarked and starting to sag and I haven't had children yet! If someone had firmly told me to moisturise and made sure I wore a properly fitted bra they would look so mcuh better now

I never got measured until I was 19 and went myself. My mother and my sister have never been measured in their lives - my sister is a G cup at least and says she just buys the biggest bra Asda sell as being measured just means she'd have to spend more money

Bravissimo do some plainer styles that could be nice. Sadly i don't think Topshop go past a D, but New Look might.
