Am not the tallest...... 5'4 at a push.... am a size 10/12 (post baby bulgy bits). Can I get away with a maxi dress? Or will I look like I'm wearing a tent?

Saw this in real life last week, and thought it would be perfect style for a petite person. Is lovely, weighty fabric, so no dodgy billowing.

plum i think the whitecompany one a really good shape.
I saw this one which actually looks a lot better in real life, the fabric is quite stretchy but very silky and think it would hang well

ssh - go for it! if you like it and are happy in it. I haven't worn mine yet, hoping to get up the courage, want to wear it for wedding reception in June. Still can;t find link to the one I actually bought!
