Can I get away with minidress?

I know this had been done before but am going on a girlie weekend to Spain. There is a theme for one of the nights and the dress I've found is very short. Very short. But I am petite size 8 with very toned legs and no cellulite. But am also in my mid 40s.
Can I carry it off? Some of the group are in their mid 20s so would like to hear from this group as well. Will I look like the dreaded mutton dressed as lamb?

Do you have a link to the dress Nikos?

I know women who are in the mid-40's who look nearer mid-30's and I would say if you are toned and gorgeous then go for it. I mean, Kylie must be 40-something right? And I don't see her giving up on the hot pants just yet

How do you feel in it? I think if there is any doubt in your mind then leave it. Otherwise you will spend the whole night feeling very self conscious and not enjoy yourself.

Don't have link sorry, and am not gorgeous but do have hair cut quite trendy so might look younger than my years. It's so hard to know what you can dress in as you get older.
Think I feel a bit worried that it is too short but probably won't care after few drinks (oh dear, not painting a pretty picture am I ).
