Does anyone use Urban Decay makeup?

I've just bought the sustainable shadow eye pallet and am really impressed at the staying power of the eyeshadows (oil slick especially!)

Is there anything else worth trying in the range? The glide on eye pencils look really nice!

The eye pencils are the best thing they do imo. Lovely bright colours and they stay on all day. The eyeshadow primer is also brilliant!

Thanks Elemental, are the eye pencils soft when you put them on? It's hard to explain but I hate the ones that catch the skin!

The set I bought comes with a small bottle of primer, haven't used it yet though.

Oh yes, the pencils are the business, and they are very soft and 'glidy' to apply (the glittery ones perhaps a little less so but even they are much better than ordinary pencils).

Try the primer, it's amazing: intensifies the colour of your eyeshadow, makes it stay perfect for ages. (The bottle is stupid though: I prefer the one from Too Faced which comes in a tube, although it's not quite as good.)

DD1 has the pencils in about 50 colours and loves them. She also loves Benefit and Too Faced. Quite similar, funky and good quality.

The eye pencils sometimes come in smaller size sets with lots of different colours.
They glide on and sort of "set" which makes them unsmudgeable. Brilliant!

I love love love Urban Decay! Agree that the eye pencils are brilliant, the eyeshadows are lovely too (although the set of pencils is a bit of a PITA as they are mini ones and I find them a bit awkward to sharpen and apply compared to a full length one - perhaps I am just a bit cack-handed? They are good for sampling lots of colours though).

I also have the lip gloss that plumps up your lips (big fatty or something like that) but I prefer the Soap and Glory one as it's more matt.

Primer Potion is brilliant and I love their eyeshadows, especially Sin, Oil Slick and Mildew.

I've got my eye on a fab set of eyeliners, on ebay (24/7 super stash) I'm going to try them and then buy the full size of the ones I like.

Janeite, I LOVE Oil Slick. I used it wet as an eyeliner the other day and then put it on heavier to go out later on. I've got the greeny one on today (Flipside) and it really brings out the colour in my eyes.

I also love grind and midnight cowboy - brilliantly glittery for a night out without being over the top!

The set I had also has oil slick, grifter, chopper, acid rain, blunt and lounge!

Flipside is really nice. I just put it on instead of eyeliner above my lashes this morning, as I was wearing quite a bright lipstick. Later on though I put a bit more on and wore a nude lipgloss. It looked a bit Lilo Lil with lipstick as well!

Argh - went shopping and really want the sellout eyeshadow but couldn't find it

Oh cool, what do you think about it? I went away for the weekend and literally just took that and my usual basics, face powder, mascara, lipgloss, blusher. My make up bag was seriously downsized

Where did you look for the eyeshadow? I've found out off the UD website that they only have three stockists in the UK; Boots, Debenhams and House of Fraser. But I did look on ebay and found this it ends in 3 days!

Just need to make sure I wear something every day that means I can use it!
