I've seen two people in silver ballet flats, which look so soft and comfortable. Unfortunately haven't been in a place I could ask them where they got them from, so wondering if anyone can help me hunt them down? They were quite a shiny silver and very simple ballet style flats. TIA.

I've just bought the M&S £19.50 silver ones. I have size 8 feet and EVERYTHING rubs and hurts. Been wearing these for 2 hours and no problems yet! Very soft.

What do you ladies wear with these ballet flats, ie. on your feet? I hate wearing tights but surely your feet would get really sweaty if you went barefoot in these shoes? I really like the Next green ballerina shoes but not if I have to wear tights with them.

Barefoot's ok with me as long as the shoes are leather, it breathes. Any man made stuff is sweatsville.

Don't buy the ones form Next
Not comfy at all
Ordered em online and couldn't even take them back today due to a gazillion people in the queue in front of me.

Thanks for that OC. I have the receipt and will try to return them as they're completely unwearable now. Also have the skinned knee and foot to prove my point, if they need more evidence!

BallpointPen, I bought a pair of M&S converse style shoes in the kids section as I was looking for childrens pyjamas and they are fantastic with LOTS of grip on the bottom, and a steal at £15. I had no idea their childrens sizes went up to a size 6, but am delighted they do.

Thanks again.

Have you tried Bloch ballet pumps? Google their website. They're soft and stretchy and made by proper dance company,

I took them back and they gave me a refund. The lady in Customer Service thought they were a very bad design so didn't hesitate to give me my money back, which was good.
