Soap & glory the scrub of your life (£4.33 in Boots) is meant to be really good...not got round to trying it yet as I'm trying to use up my existing stuff first.

It just won something or other in the She Beauty Awards.

olive oil mixed with sea salt , the big grain stuff

or go to the beach and rub sand in ..does wonders for my feet and knees

Agree with HavinganOffDay- it is really good. If you have keratosis pilaris then that followed by the Righteous Butter lotion is excellent.

Sugar or salt mixed with olive oil like ggirl says. It is cheap if you make your own or you can buy tibs of dead sea salt for around £8

I use the Sanctuary Salt Scrub. It's almost £10 a tub but using it twice a week it lasts for 2/3 months and it's always on 3for2 in Boots so actually not that pricey.

Olive oil with either table salt (I find the thicker granules are too harsh) or with sugar.

You can put a few drops of essential oil if you hate the smell.

You can also shave with the oil.

But mind slipping in the shower!
