do MBTs and fitflops actually work?

I am a very lazy person , but have to walk the dog daily so i was wondering if MBTs or their equivelents have any effect in 'toning and firming' without gym input.

Anyone tried them?

MBT sandals work as well as the trainers and definitely do fit wide feet

I have fitflops and have worn them everyday (mostly) since start of warmer weather..april maybe..?

Dh hates them and suggested I bin them and get something new but I commented that they are meant to be a fitness shoe...

To which..without prompting..dh actually commented and said "you know what they have actually made a difference..Says my bum and thighs look toned"

Im trying to loose about a stone and struggling with it but dh now keeps commenting about how good I look and how toned I am dispite the fact i want to loose weight. IMO they are working.

BTW,I wear mine all day..........I also walk on the school run with dd (about 40 mins in total)
