please tell me there is an alternative to Bravissimo...

I really need some new clothes but after returning countless tops that don't fit I've come to the conclusion I have a choice between:

1. lovely clothes that don't fit
2. dull dull dull overpriced bravissimo stuff that does at least fit..

HELP!!!!

I found when looking for my brothers wedding two years ago that per una in m&s had some surprising dresses I'm a 16-18 on top 14 on bottom but size 16 dress fitted lovely but it had a big belt that clenched in the waist and was a prom style so flared out I wore a net underskirt (very gok wan) and it balanced me out iykwim?

That might be the case - plus I've now got such a pile of bags and parcels to be returned I think it might tip DH over the edge if another one turned up before I've cleared the backlog!
