Fat face dress looks like a dishrag

I bought a dress from Fat Face which I was really pleased it.

However I've washed it once and it has completely lost it's shape - gone horribly baggy and the lining is hanging down below the dress..

I washed according the instructions (40 delicate) and dried flat.

Can I take it back? Not sure I still have the receipt.

Definitely take it back. Not good enough receipt or not.

Take it back - I had to do this with a lovely french connection dress a few weeks ago. There was no problem getting a refund.

Yes, take it back. I recently returned lovely t shirt after one wear because had a small hole in. They were lovely about it and gave refund. Especially when it turned out that every t shirt of same design had holes in them. Nice.

I would take it back and ask for a replacement. I have that dress too and have washed it several times with no problems. When I have washed it I put it on a hanger to dry. It is a shame that yours has lost it's shape as it is a lovely, flattering dress.
