Need informal shrug-type thing for strappy dress

Any ideas? I have a pashmina but want something like this as it's less formal. Trouble is, no Monsoon shops have this yet (despite selling me this dress, which goes with it perfectly, and it's only available in 8 and 10 on the website. I need a 14-16.

Thanks Clure. The link's stopped working because it's sold out. It had long tassels and was more of a waistcoat. You're very kind to link to those other shrugs, but I think I should have said waistcoat - the shrugs are too formal.
