White socks for little boys - naff or cute?

Would you buy white socks for a 2 year old?

Yes I would and I do. DS is 2 and wears white socks. (Normal cotton socks, not sports socks.) Hadn't thought it could be considered naff.

No - my 2 year old wears navy pretty much all the time or stripey ones from gap.
