cocktail dress type thing with (black) high heels. so long since I wore anything like this...not keen on bare legs. too pale and thighs a tiny bit wobbly.

Please don't wear opaques at this time of year unless it's very short. That dress is gorgeous. I think opaques look very informal,I'dgo for a low denier (think 7 or 10) in either black with a seam up the back? or something or nude. Or if it's warm and you have tanned looking legs then go for no tights.

(realises it is actually spring despite the bitter cold and reviews fashion choices..!)

Ooh that is lovely.
I'd do seamled or barely there tights too.

janeite · 08/04/2010 17:55

Seamed would be lovely.

MayorNaze · 08/04/2010 18:11

ooh yes another vote for seamed actually. v v sophis

hatwoman · 08/04/2010 22:23

thanks all. I'm quite taken by the idea of seamed. interesting without being ott iyswim. all I need now is to find a shop in time...

I would go either black or nude fishnets.

KnottyLocks · 08/04/2010 22:44

Debenhams have some

Also John Lewis, if either are near you.
