'up' do suggestions please

need to have my hair put up for a wedding - am an informal bridesmaid, not allowed to have flowers in hair. so, my hair is shoulder length, straight and fine , what can I do with it?

Put it up into three ponytails, one above the other, then use a few heated rollers for each ponytail. Pin curls in place.

Or backcomb it into a beehive.
