striped childrens' clothing

I vaugly remember a link to a company which seemed to sell only red/white and navy/white childrens' clothing. I think it was Swedish or possibly Dutch. They sold everything from wellies to hats in loads of sizes, but it was all striped. Does anyone know what it's called?

Polarn O Pyret? A lot of stripy stuff there. But not sure if you can buy online in the uk so that's probably no good.....
