Sagging breasts.....

Has anyone ever tried and tested a breast cream that would help sagging breasts lift a little or maybe herbal breast enhancement pills that help but dont gain weight everywhere else? I know sagging breasts is part of life especially after 3 breastfed children but if anyone can give me some advice please? My hubby away for work for 4 months and when he gets back his taking me away to a hot sunny beach so I can walk around topless as I've always wanted to do. I thought maybe to help feel more confident I could try help my sagging boobs. I have started doing palm presses (aparently that helps build the muscles). Anybody got any advice please...

I second the palm presses. Also some people recommend sleeping with a bra on.This does make sense if you think about it.I have heard cold shower water as a muscle toner. Not so sure about that one though.

I dont know but definitely feel your pain! As a big busted girl my boobs started to sag after dc1 I dream of perky breasts.

Hope you find an answer! (and then let me kno )

Desperate measures call for desperate times huh... so I've checked out some creams and have found this not too expensive cream with a money back guarantee and good feedback on ebay its called BREAST BUST FIRMING ENHANCEMENT CREAM REVERSES SAGGING. I'm going to give it a go and see what happens. And once I have found something that works I will def be sharing it with everyone. Lets hope I can come back with good news huh.

ive heard swimming is good too

Best thing to do (this I heard from a GP who was told by a plastic surgeon) is to build the muscles in your chest - so swimming, those fly thingies you do with weights, push-ups, rowing etc. Need a bit more than just palm presses I think. Creams will make them look smoother ....

AnyFucker · 09/03/2010 16:36

please don't waste your money on creams for your breasts

how can that possibly work, other than making the saggy skin a bit softer ?

the sagging is caused by stretched soft tissue and muscles...your skin is a waterproof barrier to porotect said soft tissue

exercises will help a little bit

the only way to sort them properly is surgery...but I don't recommend that either

I also suffer with spaniels ears...but I just make the best of it with well-fitting supportive bras, bra-type bikini tops, don't go topless and lying down during sex

or reverse cowgirl

Brilliant advice anyfucker. I'm seriously considering surgery though. Had a look at this woman's the other day, she was 60 and had just had surgery and they looked so fab, I was really jealous. (to explain, I was there to photograph her for a magazine and she was v. proud of her new breasts and wanted to show them off, I was suprised when she popped them out, but didn't like to be rude).

AnyFucker · 09/03/2010 18:02

huh, when I am 60 I will be wheeling my boobs around in a wheelbarrow

detoxdiva · 09/03/2010 18:07

1 word.......Bravissimo

duckyfuzz · 09/03/2010 18:13

the clarins gel is good, but exercises also good (and cheaper!)

Monadami · 10/03/2010 01:56

I would agree, no cream will ever help sagging breasts. There are non invasive lifting treatments that can help a little, but the results aren't longterm. Surgery really is the only real solution. Exercise will only firm up the underlying Pectoralis muscles, it will do nothing for breast tissue.

ArcticFox · 10/03/2010 02:19

Walnut8 is spot on.

You need to build your pectoral muscles which support the breasts. Press ups are one of the best things to do that dont require any extra equipment. You can do them on your knees to start with if you cant yet do them on your toes. Basically, if you can do 20 on your knees, graduate to your toes.

You'll be passing the pencil test in 4 months no probs........well, maybe not but you'll see a dramatic improvement.

Ps. Just my opinion but topless is for the under 25's and childless or plastically enhanced. A nice bikini will have you looking far lovelier.

Dont waste money on creams and gels. They can't firm flesh permananently- it's just a tempo illusion, like cold water.

JoCoolBeans · 10/03/2010 03:59

Bah there are a lot of things I wish I'd done when I was under 25 (like be able to wear a short skirt) that I never did.

You telling me I can't go to an appropriate beach and sunbathe topless???

Fuck it, I don't care, I still would. I have more confidence now than I did when I was

Chandon · 10/03/2010 07:48

go topless, it´s liberating.

gr8kids · 12/03/2010 12:10

Thank you everyone for your advice and Chandon for your comment. Thats exactly what I'm going to do....go topless. And hey who cares what anyone else thinks I'm going to love it even if I am 34 not 25. My hubby loves my body and so should I.
