I cannot get 'Flake Away' out of my hair

I have used the the Soap and Glory scrub 'Flake Away' on my body and then rinsed my hair in the bath water. It will not come out of my hair! I have washed it with shampoo three times since this happened and it will not come out. I am having to wear a hat at all times as it looks as if my hair is covered in oil. What can I do?

Have you got any vosene or baby shampoo? It must be the oil in the flake away that has attached to your hair because it leaves a film on your skin.

That'll teach you to rinse your hair in the bath!

washing up liquid?

I will buy some baby shamppo tomorrow and see if it will strip the oil off.

Try the washing up liquid or what we used in the salon to get rid of build up on hair was bath cubes (like your grans used!), disolve it in a little warm water, massage through the hair and rinse and shampoo as normal.

Washing up liquid or just a bog stanard bar of soap lathered up...good luck!

Oh and also this might sound MAD so feel free to ignore...some sugar mixed in with the washing up liquid can help get rid of the oily deposists...

I have washed it with washing up liquid this morning. There has been some improvement but it is still oily. I will try the sugar method tomorrow.
