Think my gnashers could do with a bit of brightening up but don't know if I'd be wasting my money.

Try Crest White Strips, they are pretty effective and inexpensive. I'm happiest with the standard kind as the sensitivity pain is much less, and I don't mind the whitening taking a bit longer (as in more sessions rather than longer sessions).

Crest White Strips...they really worked for me!

after reading many, many threads on mn about teeth, i have come to the conclusion that the crest strips the others mention seem to be the most favored. would like to try them myself but am worried about the sensitivity side of it as my teeth are already quite sensitive.

Didn't realise there was pain involved.
Does Boots sell them and how much are they?

from what i can gather, it's not pain as such, but they do make your teeth more sensitive. ebay is the cheapest place for them i think.

They did hurt my bottom teeth but not the top ones, I just had a break for a couple of days and it was fine. (Premium ones). I bought mine from eBay. Think they're only available in the US at present.

And were you pleased with the results?

i tried crest white strips, they made my teeth ache for days after one application.
i've never had sensitive teeth so it must be luck of the draw but it was a definite waste of money for me.

Yep..as said, they really worked for me!
