OMG I am in heaven on Cobwebs. DD2 was given a strawberry hat when she was born, I desperately want a range of fruit now!!!

These hats are knitted, but don't have the long extra part like you are looking for. Still very cute tho! Merry Berry Hats

Have you got a wool shop local to you? Quite often you can choose a pattern and wool there and they can find someone who will knit it for you (My Nan does this for her local wool shop-for a small fee though)
