Are you exfoliating regularly?

I suffer badly from ingrown hairs if I use any hair removal method other than depilatory cream.

I tried exfoliating till my skin nearly bled which didn't solve the problem. Also bought a product called Tend Skin which didn't help either.

Now I just get the Veet out once a week and have lovely smooth skin.

You need a product called Tendskin. If you google you will find it on eBay or Amazon, I think. It's extremely effective at healing and preventing ingrown hairs and stubble rash.

I gave up getting my legs waxed because of ingrowing hairs - I don't think you can stop them, but can reduce it by a good vigorous exfoliation. I got something called a 'riffi mitt' from the salon, it took half my skin off but did the trick!

I do exfiolate, and i get alot of stubble rash as well. Also could notonly use veet once a weel as my hairs grow back the next day. I think i will try Tendskin...

I third Tendskin

Tendskin is good, but don't go too vigourous with the exfoliator and get one without gritty bits that don't dissolve. A sugar or salt scrub is better or I make my own with:

some table salt (sugar for v dry skin) and a couple of drops of tea tree or lavender oil as an antiseptic and to promote healing and enough olive or pure sunflower oil to make a paste.

A product called In-Grow Go (you can get it from large branches of Boots or some independent pharmacies - about £11) completely sorts out my ingrown hairs as long as I use it regularly.
