What colour are your toenails painted?

Just about to go and have my holiday pedicure and fancy a change form my usual dark red. Spent ages looking for inspiration yesterday (how sad am I????), but nothing really grabbed me.

So today's vital question

They're nice Tinygang!

fastasleep · 11/07/2005 16:39

I just don't see the point of painting them when I can't even see them when I look down....

heatexhaustion · 11/07/2005 16:41

aubergine to match my thong

MrsBubsDeVere · 11/07/2005 16:44

Mine are the same as my finger nails, french manicure, had loads of comments on them too.

Flamesparrow · 11/07/2005 16:46

Chipped and rubbed off gold... did them for the wedding at the end of May and not got round to sorting them since

Rimmel Pop Idol, clear with pink/lilac/blue glitter flecks

lilibet -- prob much too late now but thought i'd mention it for next time, and for others too.

When you get your toenails done esp for holiday and you want the colour to last all hol, ask the salon/nail bar etc. to put uv gel on top of varnish and cure under lamp. They may also have a uv topcoat they can use but gel works better.

I like the Superdrug ones - Kolor is it? Lovely shades they do.

Will do mine a shade called Glazed later - it's a kind of silvery pink, quite dark, but very pretty.

janeite · 11/07/2005 22:42

Mine always always have black nail varnish on them (it's my one link back to semi-goth past) but chocolate brown sounds pretty gorgeous.

Catbert · 11/07/2005 23:05

I use a milky choc colour on mine too. It's a Jessica one called Cuppucino or something like that - but no idea if you can still get it. Mine is a few years old now, but still going strong!

Too, too, too sad. I am the elephant man of ugly feetsville. Won't paint mine in case they attract attention and get thrown off the world.

Pale pink. I have lovely feet if I do say so myself [brag smiley].

well, they were a sort of pillar box red, but to revitalise it i went over in glittery gold..so gone a sort of warm orangey gold. white birkies, as per usual.

Thomcat · 12/07/2005 13:48

Today they are gold.

Lucycat · 12/07/2005 13:49

bundle · 12/07/2005 13:50
