Healthy Skin Tips?

I'm 24 and never ever moisturise. I rarely use a moisturising shower wash.

My skin is really dry, and I have little red bumps on my upper arms and thighs. I get stretch marks really easily and get red spots on my shoulders, chest and back at the top now and then.

I really want to sort it out but I don't know where to start?

Any advice?

Drink lots of water and take an oily supplement like evening primrose oil or fish oil. Both are good for the skin. I am 32 and my skin is in great condition as I have been doing this for a few years. As far short-term solution, perhaps Bio Oil - many people on here love it. Great for stretch marks and moisturises.

buy a moisturiser, even a cheap one, and use it.

My skin is sensitive and so I need a decent, fragrance free one that is rich enough to work on very dry skin.

Try Liz Earle
You really need to moisturise fac and body every day
Aveeno is a good body moisturiser

Those red bumps might be this in which case you'll want a cream like this. It's gentle and fragrance free and does wonders for my KP.
