Just recieved a PRESENT from Boden!

The postman came with the familiar spotty packaging and I thought, "I haven't ordered anything"!

Inside is a really nice grey wollen scarf and matching beret/hat thing.

I thought it must be a present from a friend, but the note inside says its a present from Boden for being a great customer! I've only ever bought the boys swimming trunks, a couple of kids t-shirts and a coat!

Anyone else had this happen today??

There's another thread somewhere else about this - I better get a present as I have spent quite a bit there over the last 6 months

I am expecting a delivery today. I have ordered about a gazillion things from them in last 6 months. I WANT A PRESENT. Not a hat and scarf though, I would like some shoes.....

I bet it's like Tesco discount codes - they only send them if you haven't shopped with them for ages...

Sometimes Boden does surprise. I got a £20.00 voucher once because they ran out of stock of an item and another £10.00 for filling out one of their surveys. Would love a present too.....

Johnnie's never sent me ANYTHING. Not even on my birthday - which is next month, if you're reading this Johnners, old boy.
And I am one of his bestest customers. Maybe he has noticed that I mostly buy in the sale.

Yes its true I haven't bought anything for about a year.

Ha! Sodding typical! I have spent a lot of money at Boden over the last 12 months. Not a sausage of reward in this house .

Agree with FirstLady - come on Johnnie, pull your hotchpotch socks up and treat all of your customers!!

I've also spent loads and got NOTHING extra. I filled out loads of surveys etc, and haven't received anything at all.

It's put me off Boden a bit actually.

Last year my friend got a £20 voucher and it said to tempt you back to us. She hadn;t shopped there for over a year. she spent £19 of her voucher and not shopped there again, then this year shes got another £20 voucher, but yet i've brought far too much and not a sausage in reward.
maybe its because i always use a discount code?
