Nice moisturiser for my mother-in-law?

My mother in law is 73 this week and has asked me to get her some "anti-wrinkle" lotion. She has been using Nivea Q-10 and likes it but has asked me to get her something a bit different. I don't imagine anything will get rid of her wrinkles but I would like to get her something that would make her skin feel nice (she is just recovering from a cancer operation and needs pampering.)
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks

Well, prompted by the other thread on Clarins, their moisturisers are lovely, smell delicous and the packaging makes it feel like a treat

If you tell the SA it's a gift they should give you some samples as well, the lady I buy from gives me handfuls of little boxes when I buy something, a good ploy as I always go back for more!

Clinique Dramatically different moisturizing lotion

My MIL loves it

Clemette, if your MIL has a Big 'C' centre near her, they often do a service called 'look good, feel better' it might be something she would enjoy when she feels a bit better. It's a couple of hours of pampering and you get a free goody bag of great products at the end.

I went to one and my goody bag had Clinique Dramatically Different moisturiser in it, and I've found that very good.

My lovely MIL likes the Clarins anti aging hand cream...great for this time of year whan hands get a bit of a battering.

I agree the Clarins products smell lovely.

If you are looking to splash out a bit the Elemis products also smell wonderful.
The pro collagen marine cream feels amazing, really velvety and my Mum reckons it did plump up her wrinkles

Found this site today and thought the Elizabeth Arden cream looks good.

Thank everyone.
Slight problem is that I can only get to an out of town Boots but they sell Clinique right??

Yes they do.

Neals Yard frankincense range is lovely too. I think there are 2 face creams, 1 particularly good for mature skin and also a facial serum. They have an on line shop.
Hope she likes whatever you end up buying for her!
