Urgent maternity wedding outfit help needed!

Ladies, I have four weeks to find a dress/outfit for my very low-key registry office marriage in February (we're doing the wedding bit in September when I'll have a 'proper' dress).

Am currently nearly 8 months pregnant (can someone say 'shotgun'?) . I'm looking for something in a lovely fabric (ie. not synthetic), I have blue eyes and brown hair, pale skin with freckles, 5' 7", am normally a size 10. The marriage will just be partner and myself plus two witnesses and I'm not looking for an actual wedding dress, just something I look fabulous in, obviously! I love 1930s/1940s/1950s style but can't find anything of that sort in maternity wear. I'd be looking for something in blue, I think, unless anyone can think of anything better? It'll still be damn cold so a great shrug and coat will be needed as well. Budget not huge, about £100 or so for dress, maybe the same for coat. Can anyone help?

have you looked at the Isabella Oliver sale?

Mummyisamonster · 07/01/2010 12:30

Yup, I'd say go for Isabella Oliver too.

When I was pregnant, I bought a dress from there, wore it tons even when heavily pregant, then sold it on ebay an got most of my money back .

beautiful

Moneyspider · 07/01/2010 12:47

Quite a few bits in the sale here

Moneyspider · 07/01/2010 12:50

Ooh ooh what about this

Moneyspider · 07/01/2010 13:04

I always liked the stuff at Belly Button too

Doodleydoo · 07/01/2010 13:22

Always Isabella Oliver

Moneyspider · 07/01/2010 13:35

bit OTT?

Ceasnake · 07/01/2010 15:53

You are all brilliant! I have ordered the Kimono Wrap dress and another one from Isabelle Oliver (and I am that I didn't know it existed when looking for decent maternity wear earlier on in the pregnancy).

I have also splashed out on a blue velvet Boden coat in the sale so I am pretty much all set.

Thank you all so much!

am so pleased!

It almost makes me want to have another baby seeing all the beautiful maternity stuff (but not quite!)
