Weird, I'm in SW too.
Now it depends what you mean by "cheap", but there are a number of places on the North End Road (Fulham) that do a pretty decent wash, cut and blow-dry for £20-£25. There are also one or two salons who are forever handing out leaflets with special offers, 50% off first visit etc. Rush is the one who always pesters me when I walk past, but there are a couple others too.
