It is for a uni reunion on my birthday, in bars then a club. I'm thinking tights and ankle slouch boots with it, with lots of jewellery?

I'm 28, a size 14- bingo wings and flabby tummy my worst points, legs my best feature.

Opinions please!

If you like it then that's enough. It's too hard to judge from a link. I've bought dresses which I thought looked stunning online but have turned out to be sacks.
