Estee Lauder advaced night repair - worth the hype?

I've got some Boots vouchers and have bee eye up Estee Lauder advanced night repair. It's a lot of money but always turns up o those 'cult beauty products' lists.

Anyone actually use it? Worth the money? If not, what other wonder product (available in Boots) should I get?

It is wonderful stuff - have used it for a while now and have no wrinkles whatsoever.

It does say to put night cream over the top but I never have - it feels enough on it's own.

HohohoBumperlicious · 30/12/2009 10:52

Thanks Madame, I never wear night cream, occasionally some essential oil but nothing else. I like the fact that they offer a money back guarantee if you don't like it (unlike Benefit - humph!).

Any other testimonials before I go and part with 30 odd quid?

ThingumyandBob · 30/12/2009 11:57

Do it!! (if you haven?t already) Its fantastic stuff. As a treat when I was working I got the eye cream version as well, that?s v good too, both should last ages as you don?t need much.

paulaplumpbottom · 30/12/2009 11:58

I have been using this for years and I love it.

BendyBob · 30/12/2009 11:59

Oh yes I do think it lives up to the hype.

traceybath · 30/12/2009 12:46

I don't rate it.

I have dry skin and it made no visible difference.

barbara3 · 30/12/2009 13:31

Lancome primordiale night cream is my favorite for a treat splurge

mafi · 30/12/2009 13:33

I have been using it for years (used to pinch it from my mum when I was younger). It is great.

CoqAuVin · 30/12/2009 13:34

i am luxiriating in my MILS gift of tigi leave in conditioner.

CoqAuVin · 30/12/2009 13:37

ignore naffo name - is vg

purplepeony · 30/12/2009 13:40

I have been tempted but never bought. I think I read a few reviews online that said it was all hype. But who knows- unless you do 1 side of your face and not the other you'll never know with any product.

JulesJules · 30/12/2009 13:41

Do you have wavyish curlyish hair Coq? I do, but it currently looks like a heap of dead guinea pigs, should I invest in the Tigi stuff, will I be TRANSFORMED

HohohoBumperlicious · 30/12/2009 14:35

I bought it! And if it is crap I'm taking it back.

Hair stuff sounds nice Coq however do tigi do a product called 'Use this to have lush voluminous locks even when your hair is fine and polker straight'?

MayorNaze · 30/12/2009 14:40

i want to use luxurious night creams but unfortunately my skin thinks i am stil1 14 and so in order to have spot free skin i need to use clearasil and shit

hence i am spot free, but wrinkly

is estee lauder rich and poreclogging perchance?

that tigi stuff looks good - i am a sucker for anything that will make me look like a curly goddess and not a mop does it work though? does it? does it????!!!!

CoqAuVin · 30/12/2009 16:22

i have hair with a slight curl if left to dry naturally.

or can be poker
