A while ago i went to M&S to get measured, she couldn't find anything to fit!
Now my last (badly fitting, uncomfy)bra has broken, under wiring popped out! So now it is very uncomfortable lol!

I see Figleaves has a sale so was thinking might buy something from there but i don't know what size or style would be best.

I have BF 4 DC and am left with saggy sacks of nothingness! Certain bras (or maybe just the size/fitting) i find if i bend i fall out the top of the cup!

Please, please help.
Last bra is 36c if that helps but i don't think it every quite fit properly!

tortoise i'd say 34e, to start off with.

next there are so so many shapes of bra. my advice is look out for wider straps on shoulders. some balcony bras in the fantasy range are very flattering. freya bras are good too.

my fave bra is this one by fantasie

fantasie belle

if the link has worked you can see it in black. In the main picture you can see it is the balcony style. This has the side support. if you look at the picture on the right, at the full cup version, you can see the seam goes right across the middle of the cup. i don't like this look on me. i am about a 34 e.

ok so link shows the shiney beige one, which isn't great!! but if you change the thing to black you will be able to see what i mean.

I have fantasie bras, they are so long lasting. They were at the cheaper end of the spectrum when i worked at rigby and peller, BUT they are good.

I have 4 and they last about 2 yrs, more if you are lucky.

I just went for a fitting at R&P and got told I'm a 30F. Does this mean I'll never be able to buy a bra in a 'normal' shop again? I've just measured myself and am 29" under 36" over bust, this used to make me a 34D so should I chuck my old bras and get new ones? Apart from R&P (big prices!) and Bravissimo, is there anywhere that would sell me a pretty bra in that size? I'm used to just walking into a shop, trying on a few £15 tshirt bras and coming out again...

M&S seems to be rather rubbish for this. The very last time I went for a bra fitting there, the woman told me that (34) was the biggest size they did, and rudely and unhelpfully added, "You'd better pray you don't get any bigger". Ha. I didn't have to pray. John Lewis and Bravissimo are my bra meccas now. They make sure the band around fits properly, and they do the full range of cup sizes (NB - if you're not above a D, don't bother with Bravissimo. the mannequins in there will smother you to look at!).

a 30f is the cup size equvalent of a 34d

30f
32e
34d

it means that your other bras will fit yuo ok in the cup but were probably too loose around the back.

You can wear what you like! Depends on how comfy you were. You will probably find you can wear 32e's quite easily, and they are more easy to find now than ever before.
