hAVE managed to grow nails a bit by wearing nail varnish all the time.
need an every day colour though as MILs shocking pink rimmel looks a bit pauline calf in daylight

what everyday colours do you wear

I have the same shadde of grey that Lily Alln wears in the Chanel advert, I love it. But dont let my nails get too long.
Hate that claw look when they start curling over!

Nice.That one on ebay is more purply looking and those long nails look hideous.Chanel are lovely polishes but not as good as OPI

I know you want shade advice and I love the colour of chanel lotus red BUT I was so disappointed it bubbles when you put it in and chips really easily (within 12 hours).

Tomorrow I am off to my local salon clutching my cakky chanel to match to a jessica nail varnish shade.

Interesting to hear others raving about OPI - MIL was saying really good too. Does anyone know if there is a nice shade like chanel lotus red?

just to say v v disappointed with Chanel "forbidden" limited edition dark brown shade, bought for me by sister for xams present. Applied it in the eve, shower next morning less than 24 hours later loads of it had chipped off!

Used to love rouge noir and their navy shade so was gutted that this one is sch poor quality, won't be asking for chanel again!

beauty therapist friend also raves about OPI she only uses their polishes and her nails look great.

I use Mavala Riga which is a very pale pink. Similar to Suagr Daddy and Ballerina by Essie.

A square of jelly everyday (eaten ob) will stop nails from snapping.

Mavala range is great - nice, thin polish, quick drying, non-gloopy

Wearing Los Angeles (old fashioned bright red) today but ususally favour Rodeo Drive (neutral beige?) for everyday.

Also v cheap!!
