When does their fabulous bargainous sale start? I've filled my online basket in anticipation.

Am I right in thinking that Toast is owned by French Connection? I'm sure I read this somewhere or have I made it up?! Not really anything to do with the Toast sale but just sparked a memory!

I have answered my own question! French Connection also owns Toast, Great Plains, Nicole Farhi and Toast.

Yes I see what you mean. I suppose it could have started off as an independent company and then when it got successful was bought by FC. This happened with Fat Face, which was independent than bought by a venture capitalist company who also owned New Look. Think it has changed hands since then though.

ah, enjoy it! the sales have come at totally the wrong time for me - not skinny enough after bub yet (it's been 3 months, ugh, thought I'd be there by now) to warrant buying anything new. Got a fab pair of sunnies in the netaporter sale and called it quits.
