That I love shoes. Or boots (and have just ordered some from the Jones sale - they don't know that either!) I think I'm getting a new purse. They just don't get it.

In Boots yesterday with DH trying to help him find last minute present for his mother

Saw all the nice make up gift sets and boxes of smellies

Said, 'Hm, I do like this stuff you know'

DH looks totally blank

Only been together 9 years

that i dote on socks. every year i ask for socks and my sock drawer is bigger than pants / bras / vests and skirts combined.

even ds has just had a fit when i said we could get a nice big sock to be a stocking out of there, he was picturing some sort of miniature sockette. not the mighty fisherman's sock which i pulled out.

yes i wea saying that i can talk to my hairdresser abotu make up for hOURS

they all said
"like what kind of make up"
they didn tget it. lovely SIl has only just heard of rouge noir - bless.

that I also love make up - I have a fabulous selection since I started spending more on it - dh has no idea how much I spend (god knows how, he's the breadwinner)

and am kind of obsessed with finding the 'perfect' bag - although I have literally dozens in the wardrobe, dh doesn't seem to notice. Excellent.

well my dh doesn't know that when I suggest something, I want that exact item!
not something similar, or a different size or colour, or a knock off brand, I want the original!
and when I suggest something regularly for months, that is what I want for Xmas... the box under the tree bearing my name obviously does not contain what I wanted!

but seriously folorn, you wouldn't really want them to buy you any would you?

that i really want another tattoo. my mum hates the one i already have- and i am 30 FFS!
