Purplepeony - I ordered both an 8 and 10 too. Was worried the 8 would be too small but is a far more flattering than the slightly looser 10. The fit of the 10 seemed a bit "mumsy" on me.

Tulpe- I need to have a proper try on- was interrupted when trying on!

I have the summer version of the colour block shift dress in an 8- it is very tight but flattering IYSWIM! It's a case of breathing in and zipping up!

However, the 8s in this dress are now out of stock

buying the moss one in an 8 in the sale.

The purple one doesn't look right on me for some reason- too matronly and a bit frumpy.

The moss is quite pretty and I have the cash cropped cardi in purple already which matches.

I might re-order an 8 in the sale if there are any and wear it as a summer dress.

I think it's the bust area that feels odd- there is a lot of material above the bust between neckline and boob area IYSWIM, due to the pleats, even though the bust fits fine.

Did you find the 8 much smaller or just a tad?
