Hunter Wellies, Are the green ones classic or boring?

I went to the farmers shop on saturday and tried on all their wellies. The only pair that actually fit my apparently humungous calves were the Huntress ones and they only had the green in my size.

But i'm having second thoughts about the colour.

Do I take them back or learn to love them?

Argylls - an excellent solution for the healthy-of-calf, and stylish enough to make it into the Brora catalogue most years...

What is the sizing like on Hunters? Am normally a 4 but wondering if could sneak into a child 3 to save ££!
Also FrostyFingers if you are still out there did your wellies show any noticeable damage as those discounted ones say they are not perfect and can't be returned for cosmetic reasons??

Chameau bitch here.
Hunters are ok but can split or perish.

aigles parcours variables - fabulous for the chunky of calf and verrrrrrrrry comfortable. cost quite a bit but are worth it imo. they are a 'walking welly' as apparantly styled on walking boots so give similar level of support. i find them much better than hunters.
