SIL's wedding at the beginning of January and I have bought this dress.
Please be kind, I'm a size 20, 5' 2" and with huge norks (good) and very thick legs (bad) so the dress has to be long and I've had great trouble finding one. But it came today, looks really nice and the colour is a gorgeous purple and it looks more weddingy than in the pic so am very happy with it.
Anyway... I now need to accessorise. I was thinking of pewter. Never wear heels so high is out but a medium heel would be fine. But that might look rubbish with a closed in shoe so would sandals work in January or would I look like a tit?
