Thank you all, special award to ahundredtimes for bravery!

I got her two today, she is ill with a virus but has Christams disco at school next Friday so she has cheered up.

I got one in H&M, black background and tiny flowers, made of chiffon. The other was in in Tesco of all places, in the kids range, it has roses on it and is made of cotton.

She approves of both and I am thrilled that she is going to wear something other than jeans.

Suwoo, I am size 14 and rising
I was size 10 four years ago, which is when I co-incidentally discovered mumsnet hmmmm.

Go on ebay and search for Abercrombie & Fitch skirts. You'll prob have to get it sent from America, but they are lovely, tiny silk floral skirts and they go down to size zero (uk 4).

Dis, yep no problem .

Serin, 14 is not big at all, don't be daft. If you're not happy though, get yourself down to Weight Watchers.

Disenchanted3 · 28/11/2009 17:45

I've never done weight watchers, but I hate ready meals, isn't that what its all about?

suwoo · 28/11/2009 17:55

God no, far from it. I never eat convenience food and cook everything from scratch. WW is all about eating foods that fill you up for longer, like veg, lentils, non processed meats etc.
