Hi ,

I know this (or similar) has probably been done before but can anyone please advise if these are any good ?
these

Or maybe if anyone has any other suggestions ?

I have got my weight down and am now size 8-10 but have a little stomach bulge and I think what Trinny and Susannah call saddle bags ie bulges at the top of my hips ??

I need to smooth things out under the LBD for Xmas.

Finally of anyone can advise what exercises etc can help smooth out this area I would be really grateful.

TIA

Those ones are good, you tuck them under your bra so shouldn't see any lines, I have a pair.

Thanks very much !
I was just a bit worried at spending £30 on something that might not work .
I will get some now.

They are very good, and will last a lot longer than a pair of tights as they are so thick. Just be careful putting them on if you have long nails. I think you can buy them in the Debenhams bluecross sale if you wanted to save a bit but I've no ideawhen the next one is

Basically, you get what you pay for. I've tried cheaper brands that claim to do the same thing, but none of them do it as well as Spanx
Can't believe at a size 8/10 that you'd need them though
