right. None of my bras really fit properly and they are not showing me off well, so I know I have to buy at least one two new one. I don't really have much money - could spend maybe up to £15-20 if it was aMAZING.

AS a 30yr old, mother of two my boobs are clearly not what they were. I measure 29" underbust and 35" on fullest part. Though my boobs are now quite er... floppy (not the pert pre-bfing ones I used to have. sob) and practically concave on top .

I am convinced they would look fabulous again in a decent bra though - what style should I be looking for? The bra that fits me best is a 32DD ultra cheap t-shirt bra ~(thick straps) from M&S. Though I am probably more a C cup now. However, I have the 32D but it gives me a slight 4-boob appearance (nice). so think a different style maybe?

Help! and Thanks in advance

i have also lost a it of fullness on teh top of my breast after 5 years of bf. Since I've stopped I've dropped from a 32g to a 32FF ish.

To give me a bit of oopmph i wear this Freya bra. It doesn't give me a big cleavage like the model , but it does give an excellent shape

its a little smaller fitting though so i need the 32G in it. as everyone says, you really need to be properly fitted and try on each one

even if you live REALLY in the middle of nowhere, you need to order multiple sizes and styles from a retailer with a good returns policy and try on at home

if you have small children you will find that your shape might go on changing and you should be re fitted every 6 montsh or so

don't go to a department store to be measured, go to a smaller, proper lingerie shop, you could go elsewhere to buy if the bras there are too expensive, but ime, a department store won't get the sizing right.

I was thinking about this thread when I was reading the FTs 'how to spend it' - they had an article on how bras were changing.
