Good evening. Not sure if this is the right place to post but I'll give it a go. I'm starting the process of having one of my front teeth crowned tomorrow (as it is dead). I'm pretty up to speed on what will happen but am unclear on one thing - I know they will give me a temporary crown whilst the real crown is being made, but my question is: will the temporary crown look like a normal tooth? I go back to work next week and need to look normal (as mad as that sounds).

Thank you ever so much

Thanks PrincessT. The tooth I'm having crowned is discoloured and am really paranoid about it so maybe the temp in itself will look better.

Hi ,

I am getting one done tomorrow too, and the three previous crowns replaced.
I have had a few temps before they are fine !
Good luck .. and the new tooth will look great , I promise
