Any info about brands that come up narrow would be very useful. My daughter measures a 'D' in Clarks, who have very little (one style) in size 7.5 or 8, so I am web browsing.

There was another thread about this recently, I think it was mainly European brands...

had to use clarks for my DS1 ,his are a C,yet DS2 is H. absolute nightmare with both

My dd is also a D or E width, and last time I tried getting shoes for her in Clarks, they didn't have a single pair narrow enough.

Since then I've stuck with Startrite, which do many more in narrow widths. Don't know about specific styles in a 7.5 or 8, but I would try them anyway.

Yes I'd really like to know which European brands come out narrow. I've just spotted another thread about Start-rite shoes falling apart - which is exactly what we have just had, tops completely adrift from soles on both shoes - and why I am avoiding that brand if I can...

Startrite have been good for my dds narrow feet. We livve near the factory shop so get them cheaper than any other brand too.
