Complaint about Boden- Who should I send it to

I am fed up with Boden ignoring the messages that I put in the special instructions box when I place an order. This is the second time they have messed up. I am especially annoyed as I asked them to phone or email me if unclear and they did not bother.
Please advise me- does anyone have a good contact I can write a letter of complaint to. I am so fed up I have not even opened the dress I ordered and am thinking of just sending it straight back

how odd.
I rate their customer service as the best I've seen. What do they say when you phone them up?

Hi Muddleduck, the first time I did it by email and phone and I did not find them particularly apologetic. However, I too am surprised. I am a busy working travelling mom and I do use them because of their good reputation. The first instance they gave me a refund when I asked for credit. this second one, I have asked to use the credit but they have charged my card. So I am fed up. I am away from home and sometimes my home email locks up so I did not have the precise info to put in the special instructions box- but I put in it to contact me so I could go throught the credit details. Sorry, am off loading, just need to write to them as so disappointed to have two instructions ignored

I would try phoning again.

On the couple of occasions where I've had queries they have been unusually helpful and friendly. Given that they make a big deal about their cs I'd pursue this - you may well get something to show for your effort!

I've had to complain a few times and have always just emailed customer services. I have had to argue my case once or twice but in the end have always had the matter sorted and occasionally been sent vouchers by way of apology.

Dh sent complaint about some trousers (that funnily ripped at the bum when he bent down!!) direct to Jonny Boden. He got a refund and an apology

I used to think their customer service was great but don't at all anymore. I had a few orders messed up, sent the wrong thing, one didn't arrive etc and they made me feel as though I was lying telling me that they have never had another customer have any problems etc!!! I kicked up such a stink that now I think I've been blacklisted and every time I phone up to order or query anything I'm put through to a manager!
