Today I spent 4 1/4 hours in the hair dresser

An no one noticed. (Well they didn't comment,anyway, so maybe it's awful and they were just being polite. )

I did that once too Lynette.Also was 'persuaded' to buy some extotionately priced shampoo.
Never went back,hair nothing special at all.

Sympathies - my recent trip wasn't quite so long or so expensive, but not one bastard said a word to me about it afterwards, and I'm including DH and the DCs.

I ended up shamelessly asking friends what they thought - they were quite convincing with their compliments, but not convincing enough .

Is it very different from before? Four and a quarter hours in the hairdressers is a very long time.

I had all the colour stripped off, and I'm now a red head. (It was very dark brown before) Usually it's normally straight and not curly.

last week had my highlights done and a trim
Hair looks better but only I really noticed .
Even ds who notices every minute thing about everything didn't notice my hair.
£108 well spent.
