Help! About to get my hair cut - what style should I get??

My hair is curently way past shoulder length, black, with short fringe,

But it is ALWAYS scraped back into a pony tail and when I wash it I never do anything with it as its too long for me to bother with.

I want it shorter, possibly alot shorter.

Hairdresser is coming here so can show her any images
