i had ds2 a year ago and i am slim however i have a big belly still despite being at the gym! So for when im wearing skirts/want to look nice at the w/e's i want to buy some support pants. Are they actually anygood? I dont want whole body ones, just for my tummy. Are they not incredibly uncomfortable? Can you not see the very high 'waistband' that sits under your boobs?? Do you buy your normal size undies?

M&S do some that are quite good
You don't see them unless you are wearing very see through fabrics

I have spanx and they are wonderful. I have the higher power ones that go from under your boobs down to your knees (shorts). But you can buy knicker ones that go up to under your boobs. They are a miracle and mean I can wear jeans with no muffin top. If you go here:-

They do most spanx stuff and there is a size chart for what you need. I would suggest getting the size below what they say as I got the ones they said and they didn't do a thing but the size below worked a treat. Unless you are at the top of the range for a size of course then just stick to that size (they go on weight and height).

Don't get things that end at your waist as the flab will just ooze out the top - not attractive

I'm a size 12, having taken up running and losing 1.5 stone I consider myself slim but I wore support pants under my dress last night. I too have a 'jelly-belly' courtesy of my 2 dc! They are brilliant!!

I have some from primark that are pretty good and don't roll down. I have the shorts style ones which are best for under dresses and the big pants that go up to your bra for under my skinny jeans.
