Dressing gum on a jersey dress

A horrible person left chewing gum on a bus seat which my beautiful sister sat on in a new jersey dress. Anything she can do to save it? TIA.

freezing the garment and picking it off.
or theres a spray called dissolve it in the washing powder aisle.
people are disgusting sometimes. sorry for sis.
