Mini Boden clothes and tags

Do all Mini Boden clothes have a sewn-in label that says "Mini Boden" on them or do some only have the small blue age label? I bought a genuine Boden item at their sale and an Ebay buyer has accused me of selling counterfeit goods because it didn't have a Mini Boden label anywhere...

I bought it at a regular clearance sale. They do have an area for seconds but this dress wasn't in that area, it was in the regular area. Although Boden sales are such scrums that maybe somebody grabbed something from a seconds box and put it back in a regular box?

I have told them when and where I bought it but they're still being really arsey about it. So annoying. I will have to refund I guess but extra annoying as they are in the US so return postge will be quite expensive.. it will teach me to look closer at the sale stuff next time, I suppose!
